For each item of equipment that requires cleaning, please enter the type of equipment (e.g. gas range), the make, model, and age in years, and select the degree of soiling (light, moderate, heavy or excessive).

Structural Cleaning Requirements

Please enter the dimensions or area of each wall, ceiling and floor to be cleaned, (e.g. 3m x 6m or 18 square metres), its surface material (e.g. ceramic tiles, paint), and select its degree of soiling.
